Important Notice to Investors, Stakeholders, and the Public

CleanSpark has been made aware of incidents involving fraudulent websites falsely using our name and branding to solicit funds from the public in exchange for services, bitcoin, or other offerings. These websites are not operated by CleanSpark and appear intended to defraud individuals. We caution investors, stakeholders, and the public to be vigilant and to rely on official CleanSpark channels.

Fraudulent tactics we have observed include, but are not limited to:

  • Impersonations: Individuals falsely claiming to represent CleanSpark in business or financial transactions, sometimes using sophisticated tools (including AI-generated audio or video) to impersonate company representatives.
  • Phishing emails: Attempts to acquire personal information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by masquerading as a CleanSpark communication.
  • Fake job postings: Solicitations for money or personal details under the guise of employment opportunities at CleanSpark.
  • Advance fee fraud: Requests for upfront payment with the promise of a larger reward or service that is never delivered.

These are just a few examples, and scammers continually develop new methods.

www.cleanspark.com is the only official website of CleanSpark, Inc. This website provides information regarding our publicly traded company. We do not operate or authorize any other websites that claim to provide customer accounts, services, or opportunities to purchase or sell bitcoin. CleanSpark will not solicit you to buy or sell bitcoin.

For employment opportunities, CleanSpark publishes open positions exclusively through its official channels. Any legitimate communication about employment will come directly from a CleanSpark.comemail address. CleanSpark does not request payment, personal financial information, or sensitive documents outside of these official channels.

If you are contacted through any website, email domain, or communication channel other than CleanSpark’s official accounts, the communication is fraudulent. We urge individuals to remain vigilant and verify the authenticity of any message claiming to be from CleanSpark. Suspicious outreach should be reported to local law enforcement and forwarded to CleanSpark at legal@cleanspark.com.
