S. Matthew Schultz is co-founder, CEO and Chairman of CleanSpark (CLSK). Matthew led CleanSpark from its early days as an alternative energy generator focused on converting biomass into energy using CleanSpark’s patented gasifier technology. He then transitioned CleanSpark into the renewable energy sector, helping to identify critical software that was used to deploy microgrids, most notably at Camp Pendleton. Matthew has helped raise over a billion dollars in capital. His leadership has been instrumental in making CleanSpark one of the largest and most recognizable data center developers in North America.
Gary A. Vecchiarelli
President & Chief Financial Officer
Gary A. Vecchiarelli brings more than two decades of experience in finance and accounting to CleanSpark as its president and chief financial officer. Gary supports the chief executive officer by overseeing financial strategy, treasury operations, capital markets activities, and legal and compliance, while also driving organizational execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment as president. He has guided the company through numerous acquisitions and executed strategic debt financing, resulting in low debt. Throughout his career, Gary held senior positions with multiple publicly traded, high-growth companies ranging in size from $50 million to over $1 billion. Gary opened BDO’s Las Vegas audit practice before leading finance operations for Golden Entertainment and Galaxy Gaming. He was most recently the chief financial officer for Imatrex, a high-tech medical imaging solutions company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from San Jose State University.
SCOTT GARRISON
Chief Development Officer & Executive Vice President
Scott Garrison is the chief development officer and executive vice president for CleanSpark, previously serving as the company’s chief operating officer and senior vice president of growth. He oversees infrastructure expansion, corporate development, business operations, and government affairs. Scott brings over 30 years of experience developing and implementing business plans for technology, software, hospitality, gaming, and media sectors. He founded Linq360 and The Integration Center, companies that deliver technology solutions to businesses around the world. During that time, he partnered and consulted with renowned companies including HP, Verizon, Microsoft, and Samsung. In the beginning of his career, Scott achieved Class A status with the PGA of America and opened multiple golf courses throughout the U.S. before being recruited by IZOD’s golf division. He enjoys playing golf, boating, and spending time with his wife and two adult children.
TAYLOR MONNIG
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Technology Officer
Taylor Monnig currently serves as chief operating officer and Chief Technology Officer for CleanSpark. He was previously the company’s senior vice president of mining technology. His dual role focuses on operational excellence in Bitcoin mining, energy optimization, and corporate functions, while driving innovation in software, hardware, and digital asset technology. Taylor founded TMGCore, where he previously served as its chief operating officer. In that role, he worked to develop and commercialize single phase and two-phase immersion cooling technologies for HPC and Bitcoin mining. He was issued a number of data center patents and won an Intel innovation award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Arizona State University.
BRIAN CARSON
Chief Accounting Officer
Brian Carson is CleanSpark’s chief accounting officer. He previously served as the company’s director of financial reporting. Carson has over 30 years of extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial planning, including the role of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for more than two decades. Prior to joining CleanSpark in October 2022, he worked as a director and financial controller for SAHARA Las Vegas. Carson began his career as an audit manager with Deloitte where he served for seven years before entering the consumer industry, leading finance departments at resorts throughout Las Vegas and providing consultancy services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Westminster University.
HARRY SUDOCK
Chief Business Officer
Harry Sudock is the chief business officer at CleanSpark (CLSK), where he oversees investor relations and strategic communications, provides sector leadership, and plays a key role in the development and implementation of the broader corporate strategy. He previously served as CleanSpark’s senior vice president and chief strategy officer for GRIID, where he joined in 2018 as the first employee. Harry was responsible for the development and execution of GRIID’s corporate strategy initiatives to drive growth and improve business performance. He worked closely with the management team to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges and capitalize on new growth opportunities. Harry earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bates College in Maine.

Senior Vice President, Operations
Brad Audiss serves as CleanSpark’s SVP of operations, ensuring the company functions at maximum efficiency to support growth. He implements strategies, structures and processes to proactively identify and resolve issues pertaining to the Bitcoin mining sites he manages. Brad’s role is all-encompassing as he oversees staffing, hardware, budgets and operational performance. He has an extensive background in supply chain management and logistical planning. Prior to joining CleanSpark, Brad worked in various positions at Molekule, an award-winning air hygiene technology company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
JEFFREY THOMAS
Senior Vice President, AI Data Centers
Jeffrey Thomas brings his global, four-decade career spanning technology, logistics, digital infrastructure, and public-sector innovation to CleanSpark as the company’s SVP of AI data centers. He is responsible for guiding the company’s expansion into the next era of high-performance computing and architecting a robust digital infrastructure platform powered by resilient, optimally efficient data centers. Prior to joining CleanSpark, Thomas served as President of AI data centers for Humain (The Future AI Company), where he oversaw the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’ $68 billion AI infrastructure program and lead executive engagement with global hyperscale and technology partners. Widely recognized for anticipating and shaping emerging data-driven industries, he has led or contributed to 19 startups, acquisitions, and restructurings generating over $12 billion in value. Thomas established the Corsham Institute, a renowned non-profit think tank examining the societal impacts of the digital age and producing influential policy work that joins together global thought leaders. He attended the University of East London and is currently working towards a PhD in infrastructure economics.
DUNCAN POE
Vice President, Corporate Development
Duncan is CleanSpark’s vice president of corporate development, managing growth opportunities including strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and partnerships. Additionally, he oversees CleanSpark’s energy management team and redistribution of legacy infrastructure. Duncan joined CleanSpark as a senior relationship manager, working his way up to the role of director of business intelligence and growth. He previously served in United States Navy Reserves before receiving a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
LEIGHTON KOEHLER
General Counsel
Leighton Koehler serves as the general counsel for CleanSpark, where he oversees all corporate legal functions and compliance matters. With extensive expertise in corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and AML compliance, Leighton provides strategic guidance to executive management and the Board of Directors. Previously, Leighton was the general counsel for Planet 13 Holdings Inc., managing legal and regulatory issues across the U.S. and Canada. His background also includes roles as an attorney at prominent law firms Dickinson Wright PLLC and Fabian VanCott, where he represented Fortune 500 companies and handled sophisticated tax controversy, transactional, and corporate matters. Before his private legal practice, Leighton served as a Senior Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service, specializing in complex tax audits and offshore transactions. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience at Ernst & Young, providing high-level tax consulting and auditing services. Leighton holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Southern Utah University. He is a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant in Nevada. In addition to his distinguished professional career, Leighton is a U.S. Army veteran.

Margeaux Plaisted is the vice president of policy and government relations at CleanSpark, where she oversees the company’s policy strategy, legislative engagement, and advocacy efforts. With over 20 years of experience in government relations, she works closely with lawmakers, industry stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to foster informed dialogue on digital assets, energy policy, and financial services regulations. Margeaux has a proven track record of navigating complex political landscapes, securing key congressional engagements, and driving legislative and policy solutions that support innovation and growth in Bitcoin mining.
BO GINN
VP, Business Operations
Bo Ginn serves as vice president of business operations at CleanSpark, where he oversees strategic and operational functions across multiple departments, capital projects, safety, human resources, and regulatory compliance. He has strengthened relationships with local and state legislators, supporting effective collaboration and advancing key development initiatives. Bo previously served as director of regional operations for the company, overseeing 20 data centers across Georgia and Mississippi including the company’s largest facility. In addition to managing the 240 MW facility in Sandersville, GA, he played an instrumental role in its buildout and expansion. Prior to joining CleanSpark, Bo worked at UF Health where he led initiatives that supported executive leadership, patient relations, language access, and guest services operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain management from Georgia Southern University and earned both an MBA and MHA from Georgia State University.
RORY MURRAY
VP, Digital Asset Management
Rory is the vice president of digital asset management at CleanSpark, where he leads Bitcoin treasury optimization and related capital strategy. The digital asset management group directs the stewardship, deployment, and risk management of the company’s digital asset holdings to enhance balance sheet performance and generate incremental returns. Rory previously worked at Discovery Capital, a global macro fund, where he was a member of the investment team responsible for managing risk and trading a wide range of products across international and domestic markets. As a hedge fund veteran and CFA Charterholder, he brings a distinct maturity to the intersection of Bitcoin and financial markets.
MATTHEW GOLDSTEIN
VP of Accounting, Corporate Controller
Matthew Goldstein is CleanSpark’s vice president of accounting. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in corporate accounting, internal controls, and SOX compliance within publicly traded and high-growth organizations. In his role, Matthew oversees accounting operations and the company’s internal control environment, with a focus on scalability, automation, and disciplined financial governance. Matthew has a strong track record of building and optimizing accounting functions, strengthening control frameworks, and driving efficiency through system implementations and process transformation. He plays a key role in advancing CleanSpark’s SOX compliance program and enhancing the company’s use of accounting systems and automation to support continued growth. Prior to joining CleanSpark, Matthew served as vice president of finance at Absolute Dental, where he led all accounting and finance functions and supported significant expansion through operational improvements and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he held accounting leadership roles at Galaxy Gaming, a publicly traded company, where he was responsible for SEC reporting, audit coordination, and internal control design and execution. He began his career in public accounting, focusing on tax and advisory services. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Northern Arizona University.
TYLER KOSTUN
VP, Technology
Tyler Kostun serves as the vice president of technology for CleanSpark. In this role, he leads the company’s operational and corporate technology strategy across its Bitcoin mining and AI data center businesses, driving secure, efficient, and scalable operations. He began his tenure as one of the first technicians at CleanSpark’s inaugural Bitcoin mining site and has since progressed through key leadership roles, including site manager, technology manager, and director of technology. Tyler has been instrumental in building CleanSpark’s technology organization, establishing teams, systems, and infrastructure that sustain both day-to-day performance and long-term innovation. Prior to joining CleanSpark, he worked at Hitachi T&D Solutions, where he supported high-voltage power equipment and critical electrical infrastructure across the United States. Early in his academic career, Tyler conducted research in high-energy particle physics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Brian Jaynes, PE
VP of Construction and Engineering
Brian Jaynes serves as CleanSpark’s vice president of construction and engineering, providing strategic leadership to drive operational excellence for the company’s data center infrastructure. He oversees the full project lifecycle, including site selection, design, permitting, construction, and preventive maintenance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, timelines, and financial targets. Brian leads cross-functional teams, manages key vendor and contractor relationships, and is responsible for capital planning, risk management, and continuous process improvement in partnership with senior leadership. Prior to joining CleanSpark, Brian was the vice president of engineering for Electric Cities of Georgia for nearly 15 years. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) across nine states including Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Wyoming, Ohio, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas and Montana. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Before joining CleanSpark, Joni was a trusted figure in multiple renowned companies, leveraging her skills in process improvement and IT to drive innovation and efficiency. Nick McKenzie is the vice president of AI data center projects at CleanSpark, where he leads the development and delivery of next-generation, high-performance computing infrastructure. With over a decade of experience in the data center and digital asset industry and more than 15 years of broader expertise spanning construction, design, and security, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to building complex, resilient, high-density compute environments. Nick was an early team member at Core Scientific, contributing to the growth of one of the largest digital infrastructure platforms in the sector. Throughout his career, he has led and supported multiple large-scale projects, working at the intersection of power, performance, and operational efficiency, with a focus on reliable and scalable design. He is also a proud U.S. Army veteran, bringing a strong foundation of leadership and operational discipline to his work in the data center industry.
Vince Alfi
VP of Commercial Operations – AI Data Centers
Vince Alfi serves as CleanSpark’s vice president of commercial operations for AI data centers, bringing extensive experience in commercial operations and enterprise transformation. He leads the commercial strategy and execution for large-scale AI data center development, translating executive vision into scalable, disciplined outcomes across finance, legal and supply chain. This includes oversight for the full lifecycle of AI infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment across investment decisions, risk management, and organizational design while supporting the efficient, compliant, and rapid scaling of the company’s advanced compute infrastructure. Prior to joining CleanSpark, Vince served as chief financial officer of ActOne Group, where he led financial strategy and operations for a diversified workforce solutions platform. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematical science from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in finance from Emory University.

Roger P. Beynon is an experienced CPA and owner of Beynon & Associates, a public accounting firm that has been in operation for over 34 years. Mr. Beynon has provided accounting and tax services to businesses since 1984. Mr. Beynon is a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified fraud examiner (CFE) and is a past president of the Utah Association of CPAs. Mr. Beynon is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Transwest Credit Union. He is a graduate of Weber State College (1972) with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in banking and finance.
Amanda Cavaleri

Amanda is CEO of a Wyoming-based company that is developing a mining site leveraging stranded energy. She is also a partner at an alternative investment firm and managing director of a Bitcoin advisory firm. She chairs the Bitcoin Today Coalition’s board of directors. Amanda has consulted within the Bitcoin ecosystem for clients ranging from hedge and venture funds to financial services and mining. She is a former Innovation Fellow with AARP and Thought Leader with Carnegie Mellon University & UPMC's Quality of Life Technology Center. Amanda received her Master of Science in technology commercialization from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. In addition to her commercial and private work, she co-authored Bitcoin and the American Dream: The New Monetary Technology Transcending our Political Divide.
Larry McNeill
Director
Larry has a diverse business background that includes a range of broad business skills gained from his many roles in real estate, finance, research, legal, management, and business strategies. These roles include serving as the director of Safeway grocery store’s consumer, sales, and store location research departments where he was responsible for the expansion of Safeway in Europe, Australia and Canada. He also served as the director of market research for A&P where he was responsible for the company’s expansion into Saudi Arabia. Other roles included an executive officer of Smith’s food and drug stores for 17 years, most recently as the senior vice president of corporate development overseeing the research, real estate, and legal departments. Larry has a Master of Business Administration from Armstrong University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Economics, and Russian language from Minnesota State University, and has completed the course work towards his PhD in Business Management.
Thomas L. Wood
Director
Dr. Thomas L. Wood has over 33 years of highly successful experience in positions of increasing responsibility in planning and operations, policy development/implementation, construction management, defense acquisition, budgeting and programming, and managing large projects and programs. Dr. Wood previously served in the U.S. Navy, rising to the role of deputy of operations for the Navy’s Pacific Engineering Command in which he was responsible for ensuring the successful execution through nine field offices of nearly $1 billion annually in construction and services contracts. After leaving the U.S. Navy, Dr. Wood served as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) Joint Interagency Coordination Group (JIACG) as a senior military analyst and continued as a civil servant in senior roles thereafter. Dr. Wood graduated from Union College with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in civil engineering from University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Wood holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Argosy University, Honolulu.
